Many companies and factories faced skill gaps and limited workforce readiness to meet the rapid changes in industrial markets.
The project is a joint initiative between NEN and the Industrial Training Council to deliver specialized training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of employees in factories and companies across Egypt.
The programs are designed for employees, technicians, and professionals working in industrial sectors who need to upgrade their technical and practical skills.
The training covers a wide range of industrial and technical skills, focusing on practical application and modern technologies to meet market needs.
All tests are carried out through NEN’s advanced technology centers to ensure accuracy, transparency, and reliable assessment of participants’ performance.
The project achieved $191K in revenue, trained over 500 employees, and conducted more than 1,500 tests, making a significant contribution to industrial workforce development.
